No matter how proactive your service routine is, there may be times when your car may not function at its optimum and need immediate attention. To manage these times we have introduced a procedure of allocating time to attend to unscheduled repair work. Your car is attended to in order of arrival. It is then worked on once the scheduled cars for that day have been completed. All cars which have been scheduled in will have priority, however there will be times when the job is small and quick to fix, enabling your wait to be minimal.
We understand that parting with your car for any period of time is an inconvenience and we will always do our best to minimise this for you.
Bookings for loan cars may be avalabile. Please discuss a loan car booking with our service manager at the time of scheduling your service - They are subject to availability.
